Season
Three provided the
excellence of plot, costumes, settings, and especially quality acting,
we enjoyed in the previous two seasons. There
are only 11 episodes and the
plot arc timeline is compressed into a few weeks after the extended
first episode.
There are new characters - Diana, Gabriel, Snow, Jessica and others. Familiar characters have revised roles - Elliot, John Moreno, Joe, Mouse and of course, Vincent. Season 3 deserves a showcase of its own on this day, when we celebrate love, because this season was true to that promise. Love was not absent, but had a new focus - a child. It deserves our respect and appreciation for the talents that created it. It also continues to inspire fanfic writers and artists, as the sections below prove. The
last episode, Legacies, was
a fitting finale because the legacy
of Beauty and the Beast
lives on,

| Please welcome a new fanfic writer, Beneath the Brownstone.
She is a 51-year old special education teacher,
soon to move to Texas. She watched the original airing of B&B,
but
after buying the dvds last year, fell in love with it again. She found
a lot of fanfic online and decided to write some her own. It has become
her favourite hobby. We are promised that there will be more
of
her stories coming. |
